Stretching: An Important Piece

They use a foam roller in the video, and if you don’t have one, I would strongly recommend purchasing one.  One of the best way to eliminate and prevent muscle knots is the foam roller.  By using the roller against the muscle knots with your own body weight to generate the direct pressure, it stretches your muscles and tendons and releases trigger points, and soothes tight fascia while increasing blood flow and circulation to the soft tissues. Imagine using a rolling pin to roll out lumps in dough. 🙂
